Send a Case

Kuwata Pan Dent accepts digital impression files from all major intraoral scanners.  Find your preferred scanner in the list below and follow the instructions to add us.

Open the Medit Link website and log in to your account

To connect with our lab – Go to the “Partners” section and search for Kuwata Pan Dent
To send your case to the lab – Locate and select your case on the “Case Box” list
- Click “Order” on the case details page and select Kuwata as the lab chosen to send the case to
- Add case details – due date and comments/requests
- Submit the case and confirm that the order status says “Ordered”

Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
Search for Kuwata Pan Dent Dental Laboratory
Add Kuwata Pan Dent Dental Laboratory
Select Kuwata Pan Dent Dental Laboratory when submitting scans raw .STL files
Email us Kuwata Pan Dent Dental Laboratory ios@kuwatapandent.com

Option 1

Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner or use lab locator at www.itero.com
Connect with Kuwata Pan Dent using our Company ID 2555
After connecting to us as a Lab, select Kuwata Pan Dent on your scanner when sending files

Option 2

Call 800-577-8767
Select Option 2
Request that Kuwata Pan Dent is added to your scanner using our phone number: 877-377-4455
After Kuwata Pan Dent has been added, restart your scanner
After connecting to us as a lab, select Kuwata Pan Dent on your scanner when sending files

Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
Connect with Kuwata Pan Dent as Lab by searching ios@kuwatapandent.com
After connecting to us as a Lab, select Kuwata Pan Dent when sending files

Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select  Option 3
Select Option 1 and request support Kuwata  Pan Dent be added to your scanner
3M™ will then confirm with Kuwata Pan Dent and add connection remotely

Select Find a lab option on your scanner
Search for either Kuwata Pan Dent or ios@kuwatapandent.com
Add Kuwata Pan Dent Dental Laboratory
Select Kuwata Pan Dent Dental Laboratory when submitting scans

Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
Type “Kuwata Pan Dent” in the box for  Company Name
Click FIND
Check the box to the bottom left for “Kuwata  Pan Dent”
Click ADD to complete the registration
When sending cases, select Kuwata Pan Dent Dental Laboratory from your list
