Comprehensive Case Planning

Case Assessment
1
Discussion between the Dr. and the lab about patient’s diagnosis. Includes intraoral scans, impressions, X-rays, CBCT scans, detailed description of the case and the patient’s dental history.
Treatment Planning
2
Design, material selection, and restoration goals.
Digital Workflow
3
Using intraoral scans and 3D imaging software to create digital models and prosthetics. We can provide a visual mockup of the final restoration using digital smile design.
Communication
4
Clear communication with the doctor to discuss case complexities, potential challenges, and any alternative changes that may be required.
Fabrication
5
Creating a wax-up or digital mock-up for approval before final fabrication. Ensuring each step of the restoration process is monitored, from creating the framework (e.g., metal, zirconia) to layering ceramics and adjusting the final contours and color.
Final Delivery
6
Once the restoration passes all tests and adjustments, the lab delivers it to the dental practice. After delivery, the lab and dentist may need to communicate to ensure the final product meets the desired outcome, and adjustments can be made if necessary.
