ISO 9001:2015

Registration to this internationally recognized quality management system standard demonstrates that our laboratory team is committed to meeting your requirements
and continually pursues increased client satisfaction. This certification is achieved by documenting laboratory processes, monitoring and measuring their effectiveness in achieving goals, and continually improving these processes. ISO develops standards through the consensus of standards organizations from 161 countries. Members represent both the private and public sectors. We pursued ISO certification in 1999 to ensure the strongest quality management system for stellar products and services,
as well as satisfied customers, patients, and employees. With more than a million certificates issued in 185 countries, ISO 9001 is the most recognized quality management system in the world.

Certified Dental Lab

Laboratories who have taken the extra steps to become certified represent the top of their field. Certified Dental Laboratories have demonstrated not only compliance with peer-defined standards but a desire to stay in the forefront of the industry. A CDL takes pride in the quality and professionalism of its products and services. The National Board for Certification of Dental Laboratories has established specific standards for personnel, facilities, and infection control in dental laboratories. Achieving and maintaining certification offers a laboratory a nationally recognized credential attesting to compliance with competency standards that are widely accepted by the dental community. This can be invaluable in establishing credibility with outside parties, including patients, courts of law, and the government.

At Kuwata Pan Dent, we take great pride in having Certified Dental Technicians (CDTs) on our team. These professionals demonstrate an exceptional level of competency
that sets them apart from their peers, reflecting their dedication to the field of dental technology and their expertise across all seven specialty areas. Additionally, we
are honored to have Master Technicians in our facility. These Registered Dental Technicians (RDTs) undergo intensive two-year training in Japan, specializing
in advanced techniques such as ceramic fabrication and implant-supported
restorations. Following their training, they successfully meet the requirements
to achieve CDT certification in the United States. This commitment to excellence
ensures that our clients receive the highest quality dental solutions.
